Offload 0.9.14
Patch release. Non-breaking: the public Rust API surface is unchanged and no CLI flag or config key was added, removed, or altered.
Bug fixes
JUnit XML attribute escaping (#260). Literal newline, carriage return, and tab characters in XML attribute values are normalized to spaces by any conforming XML 1.0 parser (section 3.3.3), so multi-line failure messages lost their line structure on a round trip. Offload now writes them as character references ( , , ) via a single push_escaped_attribute helper that every attribute write in the merged JUnit report and the vitest reporter routes through. The predefined entities (&, <, >, ", ') are escaped exactly once — no double-escaping.
Dependencies
chacha200.10.0 to 0.10.2, clearing a yanked-crate failure fromcargo deny.
Tooling and CI
- New
no-raw-push-attributeratchet rule, so a rawpush_attributecall in the JUnit writers is caught mechanically rather than by review. ratchetspinned to 0.4.0 in CI and the devcontainer.- Removed the
