not all photos imported from google takeout

I am new to immich and want to switch from google to immich locally.
I installed immich in Docker on a Synology Nas
I downloaded all my images with google take_out. I got 14 zip files totally about 50 GB.
I installed immich go to upload the (not unpacked) photos in these zip files to immich.
Now there should be more than 9000 photos but only 6233 were discovered and 294 videos
1608 assets did not reach their fital state. (missing metadata)

How to tell which photos or videos are not uploaded. ?
What can be the cause of not all assets are being uploaded ?
How to make that all photos will be uploaded

I used this command :i mmich-go upload from-google-photos --server=http://SERVER_IP:PORT --api-key="API KEY GOES HERE" takeout-*.zip --dry-run

I think you will get better answer from the immich-go project
