[API] fine-grain date options in timeline API

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

The current Immich timeline API hardcodes MONTH as the minimum date range we can get via an API call,
date_trunc('MONTH', localDateTime)
which might be enough for most cases, but more date options would be perfect, such as WEEK and DAY. I am doing a project that does asset grouping based on results, and a more fine-tuned date range per API call would be great.
