[Feature] Add option to always show unassigned faces in info bar

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I have a bunch of pictures which contain faces which have been detected but not yet assigned to person. These are only visible if you click on the pencil to go in to the "Edit faces" mode, at which point you can assign them to an existing person (named or not).

A user setting which allows these unassigned faces to be always displayed directly in the info bar, without having to go into the "Edit faces" menu, would be nice. This would allow for mutch faster manual assiging of these faces, as currently you have to check every photo with a recognized (named or unnamed) face manually for these unassiged detections.
