[Feature] Making photo stacks based on image similarity (possible duplicate, not sure, sorry)

Firstly thank you to the developers of immich who have put together an absolutely incredible piece of software. I can't thank you enough for the security, privacy, and the feature set that immich has facilitated for me. It's work that has really improved my anxieties around losing personal photos etc... I really appreciate it.

The feature that I am proposing is the ability to leverage the ML duplicate detection tool to stack photos together. Currently the tool is great for identifying photos with very high similarity; it would be great to have the option to have an option that reduces the similarity detection threshold but instead of marking files as duplicates instead stacks them together.

You can already stack assets in the duplicate detection tool. The threshold can be lowered in the admin settings.
