[Feature] Mobile gallery should intersect with standard non-backupped gallery

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently, the mobile app:

• Shows only the files in folders/albums selected for backup
• A deletion on server of an uploaded file removes it from the app, but not from the storage (still there in practice, just hidden)

I would propose the mobile app to act as a more standard gallery with optional backup system on the main gallery section:

• Always show all files and albums (local + remote, whethery they are selected for backup or not), with a simple toggle to switch to only those selected for backup (could be per-view, and/or generic setting)
• If a remote deletion happens, the file stored locally must stay but should also be still visible in the app with the ability to de-upload

Why? This would make it simpler for users to switch over from other existing galleries and software, as they would have a single gallery in Immich with all options, and the ability to select specific folders (or all) for backup.
Remote cleanups should not affect local storage unless explicitly set (as is now), but also should not just hide the file.
