[Feature] Album "Add photos" should include local (not yet uploaded) assets – parity with web

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Current behavior (Android 17, app 3.3.4 build 3030499 / server v3.3.5 build 39650702112):
Album → "Add photos" only shows assets already on the server.
To add a photo from the phone I have to upload it first, then go back
into the album and add it separately.

Expected behavior:
Album → "Add photos" shows local device assets as well (e.g. via a
"From device" tab/filter). Selecting them uploads them and adds them
to the album in one step.

This is exactly how the web app works: open album → add → select from
computer → uploaded and added.

Why: users without auto-backup (cherry-picking what goes to Immich)
think album-first, not asset-first. The current workaround via
Library → On this device → multi-select works, but is not discoverable
and inconsistent (no option for single assets).
