"New media has been added", but where?

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

We have a shared family album with pictures of the kids.

It has lots of photos. Sometimes photos are added which are a month ago.

The "New media has been added" notification email then only states, that there is something new in the album.

But you have no idea which photos are new or at which point in the album timeline something as added.

Ideas

• Maybe the album should be sorted by "last added" and not "photo date" when arriving in the album from this email?
• Or scroll to the point where something was added (would be difficult though when added in different times)

1. Add photo in shared album with many recent photos, which is way in the past
2. Click in link on "New media has been added" email
3. You don't find the new photo
