Added

• DIARY_LINKED.md, a copy of DIARY.md where every line links to the
  GitHub tree at the commit that wrote it, so each diary entry opens the repo as
  it was at that point. Regenerate it with make diary-links
  (scripts/link_diary.py). The script uses git blame -C -C to follow lines
  back through the diary's move out of README.md; a plain blame would credit
  most of the diary to that move.
