Removed

  • scripts/setup_python_grpc.sh. It was the one unpinned dependency in
    the repo: a bare pip3 install grpcio grpcio-tools, which OpenSSF
    Scorecard's Pinned-Dependencies check flagged. pkcore has no gRPC code
    any more (the examples are retired), so the script went instead of being
    hash-pinned. Stub generation stays as the setup-python target in
    proto/Makefile.grpc; the three gRPC docs now point there. Decision
    recorded in EPIC-94, Phase 0b.
