Added

  • Fuzz targets for the string parsers (fuzz/, OpenSSF Scorecard
    "Fuzzing"). Two cargo-fuzz targets feed random text to the card parsers
    (Cards, Board, HoleCards, Five, Seven, then rank the hand) and the
    range parsers (Combos, WeightedCombos, then expand to Twos). A first
    60-second run of each found no panic. fuzz/ is its own workspace, like
    perf/, and is not in the published crate. Run it with make fuzz
    (nightly and cargo install cargo-fuzz); lint it with make fuzz-check.
  • Signed release assets (Scorecard "Signed-Releases"). release.yml now
    makes a keyless Sigstore signature with SLSA build provenance over
    coverage-html.tar.gz and lcov.info, and attaches the bundle as
    pkcore-vX.Y.Z.sigstore.json. Check an asset with
    gh attestation verify lcov.info -R ImperialBower/pkcore. Releases before
    0.20.5 stay unsigned.
  • .github/CODEOWNERS, so the "Require review from Code Owners" branch
    rule has an owner to ask.

Fixed

  • Combo::from_str no longer prints to stdout. An unknown range token
    printed Unable to process … before it returned
    Err(PKError::InvalidComboIndex), so every caller of Combo, Combos and
    WeightedCombos parsing got output it did not ask for. The fuzz run found
    it: 1.9 million lines in 60 seconds. The error is unchanged.
