LookLook desktop 1.56.0: a new terminal engine, so full-screen redraws in Claude Code, Codex and others no longer flicker, and long-press text selection on phones is harder to trigger by accident.

• Improved: The terminal now runs on xterm.js 6. AI coding assistants' full-screen redraws are shown only once complete, so no more flicker or tearing, even on slow connections. Drawing uses the GPU for smoother output (falls back automatically when the GPU is unavailable).
• New: When a program reports progress (command-line tools that support terminal progress bars), a thin bar appears at the top of the terminal: red on error, yellow when paused.
• Improved: Hyperlinks printed by programs (OSC 8) now work through the persistent session too.
• Improved: Long-press to select text on phones no longer vibrates. Hold for half a second and the row under your finger lights up; "Select text" opens when you lift your finger. If you start swiping instead, it's treated as scrolling.
• Improved: "Select text" opened by a long press now scrolls to the row you held and briefly highlights it, even in older output you scrolled back to, so you don't have to search up from the bottom.

LookLook desktop 1.55.0: set up Feishu with one scan, a smoother AI chat in Feishu, and AI assistants that can read and send Feishu messages as you.

• New: Feishu setup by scan. In Settings → Notifications, click "Scan with Feishu to create the bot", scan with Feishu (or tap "Open link" on a phone) and confirm: the app, permissions, events, callbacks and binding are all set up at once, no more filling in the developer console. Already connected? Use "Scan to add missing permissions". The old manual setup is still there under "Set up manually".
• Improved: Just message the bot to keep talking to the current session; no need to reply inside a topic. Send /new or tap "New session" on a card to start a new one, in the same project as last time without asking every time.
• New: Your message gets a "typing" reaction right away, removed when the turn is done.
• Improved: Redesigned answer cards: no big header, so they read like a message; the tools used and the thinking sit in collapsible panels; longer answers fit; the footer shows the time taken and "Claude · project · computer".
• New: Send "stop" to stop the current turn. Messages sent within a second are combined into one; images or files sent alone are held until you say what to do with them.
• New: Forwarded chat history is expanded into text for the AI, and replying to a message brings its text along.
• New: Project groups. Send /group and the bot creates a topic group where every new topic is a new session, no @ needed.
• New: If a permission is missing, you get a card in Feishu to grant it right there.
• New: Feishu tools for AI assistants (Claude Code, Codex…): read your group chats, direct chats and topics as you, download their images and files, list group members, find people, search and read docs, and send messages as you. Authorize once in Feishu the first time; every message sent as you is confirmed with a card in Feishu first and only goes out if you tap Send. Turn it off or revoke it on the AI tools & access page.

LookLook desktop 1.54.1: an error in one part of the page no longer blanks the whole page, and the AI assistants' MCP interface can be switched on or off remotely.

• Improved: When one part of the interface hits an error, only that part shows an error with "Try again" and "Reload page"; everything else keeps working (for example, if one tab of the chat side panel fails, just switch tabs). No more blank white page. The error is saved to Settings → Problems & logs and included when you report a problem.
• Improved: When the console is opened remotely, the "AI tools & access" page can now turn the MCP interface and the "Let AI assistants use SSH hosts" master switch on or off. The token and installing into Claude Code / Codex and others still only work on this computer.

LookLook desktop 1.54.0: a getting-started guide, one-time tips, a chat walkthrough, and help links on every page.

• New: A getting-started checklist. Right after installing you see 5 steps: open a project, have AI do something, open it on your phone, get a notification, check Tasks. Steps tick themselves off as you do them; click "Skip, I know my way around" to put it away, and reopen it any time from "Getting started" in the user menu.
• New: One-time tips. The first time you reach a feature (the "Waiting for you" group, background sessions, switching between terminal and chat, uploading files and more), a small bubble explains it; click "Got it" and it never comes back. Only one shows at a time. Which tips you've seen syncs across all your computers, and you can show them all again in Settings → General → Tips.
• New: A short walkthrough the first time you open a chat: sending, queuing and interrupting, permission modes, slash commands and the side panel.
• Improved: The browser no longer asks for notification permission the moment you send a message; it asks the first time something needs your approval, or when a turn runs longer than a minute.
• New: Rotating tips on the new-session page, and "What else can it do?" at the bottom of the checklist: 12 handy but easy-to-miss features, one click away.

LookLook desktop 1.53.0: DSH uses the one you already have running and opens more reliably remotely; the remote console connects even when UDP is blocked; see every step of a subagent in chat.

• Improved: When DSH is already running on the computer (started by you in a terminal, or the DSH desktop app), LookLook now uses it instead of starting another one, and leaves its port and settings alone. LookLook only starts DSH when none is running.
• Improved: Opening DSH in a browser remotely now goes through the same encrypted connection as the remote console instead of a web mapping, so it opens faster and more reliably. New DSH sessions no longer create a web mapping, and ones created earlier are removed automatically.
• Improved: After DSH restarts on a different port, opening it in LookLook reconnects right away.
• New: When a company network or security software blocks UDP, the remote console automatically connects to the route over TCP; the route is marked "via TCP".
• New: A collapsible tip under remote routes explains how to keep routes direct while a proxy app runs in TUN or global mode, with copyable Clash / mihomo rules.

LookLook desktop 1.52.1: DSH opens even when its port is taken, ⌘W / Ctrl+W closes the current tab, and Duplicate session starts a fresh session again.

• Fixed: When another program was using DSH's port, DSH couldn't start and the page stayed on "Getting the startup token". It now notices that DSH has exited, restarts it on a free port, and the diagnostics name the program holding the port.
• New: ⌘W (Mac) / Ctrl+W closes the current session tab. With focus in a terminal, Ctrl+W still deletes a word there; in the Mac desktop app ⌘W closes the tab from a terminal too, and Close Window moves to ⇧⌘W.
• Improved: "Duplicate session" again opens a fresh session with the same settings. To continue the existing conversation in a new direction, use the new "Continue in a copy" (only on Claude Code / Codex sessions that have a conversation). LookLook desktop 1.52.0: Codex chats name themselves and ask questions with choice cards, file reads in chats preview inline, plus a batch of fixes.

• New: Codex chats started from the chat view now get an automatic name, shown in the session list and the chat header (previously only Codex in the terminal did this).
• New: When Codex asks you to choose, it shows a choice card instead of a plain-text list of options.
• New: "Read file" cards in chats expand into a preview. Images show a thumbnail that opens a viewer with zoom and download; code, documents and spreadsheets can be previewed in full or opened full screen.
• New: In the session list, finished sessions show a blue dot and sessions that exited with an error show a red dot.

• Fixed: Messages sent by other Claude Code sessions stayed in the "Queued" card under the chat, even after Claude Code had read them, and piled up next to your own queued messages. "Queued" now shows only messages you sent, and each one is removed once Claude Code reads it.
