CX_CACHE_DIR for sandboxed environments

Process-level sandboxes (Codex, Claude Code, etc.) restrict writes outside the workspace, which breaks cx's global cache at ~/.cache/cx. This release adds CX_CACHE_DIR to override the cache location.

Option 1 — Sandbox config (recommended):

Codex (~/.codex/config.toml):

[sandbox_workspace_write]
writable_roots = ["~/.cache/cx"]

Option 2 — Env var override:

export CX_CACHE_DIR=/tmp/cx-cache

Or in Codex config:

[shell_environment_policy]
set = { CX_CACHE_DIR = "/tmp/cx-cache" }

cx already respects XDG_CACHE_HOME — if a sandbox sets it, cx follows it automatically.
