Highlights

• Release verification now proves the installed artifact that users receive.
  The release check validates the matching registry-installed package, carries
  the predecessor manifest into post-release rehearsals, and applies authority
  migration proof only when the schema actually advances.
• Configuration hardening remains intact across the patch release. The
  layered-configuration mutation ratchet is restored, and retired command
  spellings have been removed from every surface that named them.
• Serve survives editable source replacement loops. Runtime version
  detection remains valid while an editable checkout is replaced underneath a
  running development workflow.
