Overview:

Sets cardano-node to 8.9.2, dbsync-ng to sancho-4.2.0; mithril to 2412.0, iohk-nix to include new peerSharing defaults and introduce a new block producer config. Adds a new truncate-chain recipe and improves mithril related services.

Details:

• Bumps capkgs for cardano-node 8.9.2, cardano-db-sync sancho-4-2-0, mithril 2412.0
• Bumps iohk-nix[-ng] for block producer node config and peerSharing default changes
• Adds template recipe of truncate-chain
• Adds template recipe comments, cleans up recipe names
• Adds mithril prometheus exporter module options:

#   config.services.mithril-signer.enableMetrics
#   config.services.mithril-signer.metricsAddress
#   config.services.mithril-signer.metricsPort

• Adds a new mithril metrics grafana-agent service scrape
• Updates template book recipes for mdbook dir
• Updates cardano-snapshot documentation on lifecycle management
• Updates mithril service code for mithril 2412 deprecated/breaking-change syntax
• Fixes some mithril service related bugs/race-conditions

• A few of the less frequently used template recipe names have changed to shorten the naming

Recommended Updates:

• Apply the template Justfile diff and patch below

Action Items:

Diff and patch the following files with just template-diff "$FILE" and then just template-patch "$FILE". Looking at the short PR diff for these files found at directory templates/cardano-parts-project/ prior to diffing and patching against your own repo can also be helpful.
