Overview

• Updates machines and pin for sanchonet respin, adds a node performance dashboard and fixes misc issues

Details:

• Bumps cardano-parts for node 8.8.0-pre
• Bumps cardano-parts for db-sync 13.2.0.1 and process-compose fixes
• Updates the book for node 8.8.0-pre and 8.7.3 configurations
• Adds a cardano-performance dashboard migrated and updated from legacy cluster
• Deploys the sanchonet respin state
• Resizes preprod dbsync storage capacity
• Tests machine profiles using cardano-node-bootstrap pin and service for upcoming 8.9.0[-pre]
• Fixes a stop-node recipe when the pidfile exists but the process does not
• Tunes noisey varnish alert
• Tunes preview and preprod for non-pre default for 1/3 and 2/3 of the deployment
