Automate Typhon wallet registration

Create some pregenerated preprod wallets keys in the repo
Automate using playwright

• Open the preprod wallet on Typhon
• Check that the pregenerated wallets still holds enough funds to register
• Register for voting on the Typhon wallet UI using the wallets
• Check that the registration is successful
