[DDW-598] Adds config variable for native token formatted amount display

This PR adds config variable for native token formatted amount display.
It is now possible to toggle native token amount formatting by updating the following variable:

IS_WALLET_ASSETS_AMOUNT_FORMATTING_ENABLED

This PR also disabled the "Tile rewards view" on "Flight" builds. It remains available only for "Staging" and "Testnet" builds.
