Proposed solution

Created automated test for the lace v1 "Discover the Midnight Token Distribution" banner - click on "Learn more" button.

Testing

1. Run test, for example
   ENV=preprod TEST_DAPP_URL=https://ljagiela.github.io/cardano-wallet-connector/ WALLET_1_PASSWORD=*** npx wdio run wdio.conf.chrome.ts --spec ./src/features/MidnightBanner.feature --cucumberOpts.tags='@LW-13628'
2. Verify that it passes and does not introduce any regressions.
