[Dev] Clicking anywhere in the interface deselects current selection

When entering the knowledge data by selecting the text in the document, clicking anywhere on the page clears the selection. This is especially problematic when the selection is offscreen, since there's no visual feedback that the text was deselected.

This creates a frustrating user experience when trying to select context from uploaded files, as users must be cautious not to click anywhere else in the interface or they lose their entire selection.

Related: #658 – this issue can happen more often when the user tries to locate the "Select" button.

@jeff-phillips-18 can you take a look at this?

On a Mac, when the "Select Context Modal from File" is open there is a double scroll bar. I think the outside scroll needs to be disabled and the content boxes need to fit within the modal. Screen cap below shows the problem.
