This release adds logging configuration and support for pandas 3.1.

Modified

  • Tests no longer run against OpenAlyx
  • ONE now displays its INFO log messages on instantiation, unless logging has already been configured,
    the web client is silent, or the ONE_USE_LOGGING environment variable is set to '0'

  • Automatic documentation deployment restored
  • Fixed "cannot join with no overlapping index names" error in pandas 3.1.0
