sub-link not working in the documentation

Hey, @terriko 
While I was going through the documentation, in https://cve-bin-tool.readthedocs.io/en/latest/MANUAL.html#cve-binary-tool-user-manual few sub-links were not working when clicking on it when others were working.
like in `Optional Arguments`.
