Description & Motivation

GitHub allows more structured templates for issues. All the same, filling out individual forms is easier than working with a single text. You can follow the link to my fork and see what they look like.

A config.yml file has also been added, so that the issue template selection page now contains links to resources where you can also suggest something or ask a question.

Related Issue(s)

No.

Testing

Created a test bug report and feature request in my own fork.

Backwards-compatibility

Is this a breaking change that will not be backwards-compatible? If yes, how so?

You have to get used to the new way of creating issues.

Documentation

Does the change require any updates to documentation? If so, where? Are they included?

No.

Thank you for the suggestion and taking the time to implement this, @chykon! I wasn't aware of this feature on GitHub, but this looks really nice.
