Patch bump for the duplicate-define guard (#106, WEBDEV-9066).

Two element subpaths on the same page no longer throw on a shared component's tag. Previously, importing e.g. ia-dropdown-search-bar and ia-radio-player together threw on ia-status-indicator and the second element never registered. Affects non-bundler consumers loading elements from esm.archive.org; bundler consumers were never exposed.

No API change.
