Re-cut of v1.2.1-webdev-9223.0 (the Nexus proxy cached a 404 for that tarball). v1.2.1-webdev-9540.0 (PR #185, topnav language-picker slot) plus the Spanish strings from PR #183. For the offshoot WEBDEV-9223 demo. Not for merge.
