Restores the 1.2.1 API that 1.3.0 removed. Nothing is removed, only deprecated. WEBDEV-9622.

  • ia-review-form takes token, baseHost, endpointPath and fetchHandler again (deprecated, use reviewService).
  • ia-review takes csrfToken again (deprecated, use reviewService).
  • A failed review submit or delete shows the same messages as 1.2.1.
  • The ia-topnav/assets/img/* modules (icons, icon-*, wayback-logo, wordmark-stacked) are importable again.
