Successful git push from web UI shows as warning message

If I Push my branch from the Web UI and the push succeeds, the output displays in yellow instead of green. A customer pointed this out as misleading UX which makes it like like a warning message.
More generally, any command that succeeds but has some output displays a warning alert. It should use a success or info alert instead.

One additional UX suggestion: when the UI executes a web call to the iris server, clear any alerts on screen to help indicate an action was taken.

For example, commit adds a success message to the top of the screen. When you then push the branch to the remote, having that disappear rather than hanging around gives additional feedback that the user did indeed initiate the "Push" action.
