System Default Settings fail to export

I have the following mapping for System Default Settings in my environment:

• Extension: ESD
• Coverage: *
• Relative Path: config/<env>/

When I select "Export System Default Settings" from the source control menu, the system default settings fail to export.

Replicated the same issue locally on latest main branch.

The distinction here is that settings not marked as "deployable" will not be included in the export.
Include two different actions to Export System Default: one that is only non-deployable and one that is only deployable.

Now that I know this, I am not sure if I want or need to export the non-deployable settings.

No code changes needed - instead document that Embedded Git will only export deployable settings, and point to other options to export non-deployable.
