[2.13.0] WebUI/Settings page does not work on updated instance

We have the problem, that after we upgraded our Health Connect 2023.1.4 instances to 2025.1.1, that we are no longer able to open the WebUI and Settings. We get an auth form and/or the error 404 that the file under /isc/studio/usertemplates/gitsourcecontrol/gitprojectsettings.csp is not there.

We tried different approaches to solves this issue:

• Reinstalled zpm and gsc
• On an clean install of Health Connect 2025.1.1 gsc 2.13.0 is working as intended (WebUI and Settings can be opened)
• On an Health Connect 2023.1.4 gsc <= 2.12.2 is working as intended
• We tried applying web application setting from the fresh Health Connect 2025.1.1 install on the upgraded once, with no success
• We checked the permissions on the filesystem, so the files belonging to irisusr

Generell system information:
OS: Linux RHEL 9.4
Health Connect 2023.1.4 and 2025.1.1

Recompilation of CSP-Files in /isc/studio/usertemplates seem to get the settings and WebUI working again.

I think one of my team members encountered the same problem and ended up going through a full re-install to fix.

One of our troubleshooting steps was to reload of the module using zpm "load git-source-control", however that did not work.

Specifically, this step might have been missed after the upgrade to compile all namespaces:

Otherwise, a reinstall of the module as @cambot suggested might fix the issue.

Might also be some interaction with this 2025.1.1 incompatibility: https://docs.intersystems.com/upgrade/results?product=iris&versionFrom=2024.1.4&versionTo=2025.1.1&categories=Web%20Applications&audience=All&changes=2012 - if so might need to make some changes in module.xml to automate compilation of the /isc/studio/usertemplates files.

Recompile custom %SYS classes and routines — The %SYS namespace is skipped by default when compiling all classes and routines. Make sure you recompile the custom classes and routines in this namespace as well. See How to Compile Namespaces for instructions. Only classes and routines beginning with “Z”, “z”, “%Z”, or “%z” are preserved on upgrade. These classes and routines cannot be precompiled.

Replicated by upgrading an IRIS instance to 2025.1. The documented post-upgrade steps to recompile everything don't fix it with 2025.1 because of the incompatibility @isc-tleavitt pointed to.
The workaround is to recompile the /isc/studio/usertemplates/ web applications:

And we'll want to automate that in module.xml
