Investigate is it possible to find Git bash without manual pointing

Seems on Windows WSL (Linux subsystem) is installed widely, and when WSL is installed bash.exe exists in C:\Windows\System32\bash.exe and it is higher in PATH than other definitions of path to bash.exe from Git.
So it is not possible to run bash -c "bash command" because it will take bash from System32.
