Closing the window doesn't prevent the command windows to be opened

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Choose a folder with multiple nested folders and git repos.
2. Enter a command and Run it.
3. Close the app window before the command window is opened.

**Actual behavior:** Command window is opened.

**Expected behavior:** App doesn't perform any background tasks and doesn't start any command when closed.
