Release 0.4.10 introduces caching effect

After upgrading to 0.4.10 we observed that changes to JPA Entities were not reflected in query results.
0.4.7 does not show this effect.

@hump What kind of effect is it? Can you be more specific about the problem?

The only material change was in this commit to avoid detaching entity from persistent context:
d7163f7#diff-bd37bd3308e3bcfd0e3aab343aef2757L230-L231

I have created a PR, so you test and report if using detach method fixes your problem: #275

if we change entities in database with jpa, then these changes are not visible in the follwing queries.
Looks like a caching effect.
