  • Switch to calver
  • Setup automatic updates
    • Update the citeproc_styles/styles git submodule every once a month (via Travis)
    • Run the tests and release the module if they pass

This is the PR that implements this task, but in the meanwhile CI has been moved to GH actions.
On top of that, GH Actions will be automatically disabled if there is no interaction with the repo after a few months.
General question: do we really want to update the submodule and release versions without a minimal testing?
