I do not understand the purpose of the System Overview view

Hi,
What is the purpose of:

IMHO this a bit garbled. Example:
As an admin user go to Admin Center ->Users ->...->Open Profile->System Overview
In the Admin center view there are ... to edit a user
In the system overview not. They are only on Contacts.
What is the purpose of this profile view?
Do I miss something?
