What happened
There's about a 1s delay between queue items:
I believe this was introduced when the processors were merged. The poll_now_event isn't being triggered when it should be.
Looking at the session processor, we aren't setting the event when a queue item completes.
What you expected to happen
Queue items immediately dequeue without delay.
