(@GermanBluefox) WebServer now reports the port it listens on to the per-host registry of used resources of js-controller 8 and frees the entry when the server is closed, so the occupied port of an adapter is the one it really bound to instead of the native.port js-controller derives it from. Nothing is sent unless supportsFeature('CONTROLLER_USED_RESOURCES') says the controller keeps the registry, so an older js-controller is unaffected. Requires "declareUsedResources": true in common of the io-package.json; opt out with usedResources: false. trackUsedPort(), registerUsedPort(), freeUsedPort() and supportsUsedResources() are the same for adapters building their own server
