Breaking for custom auditors. Ipsocode\Auditing\Contracts\Auditor gains actingAs() and currentCauser(), so a class that implements the contract itself must add both. Applications that use the package's own Auditor need no change.

New: Auditor::actingAs($user, fn () => ...) names the causer of every audit written inside the callback, and Auditor::fake() records audits in tests and offers assertions on them.
