변경 사항

• TUI에서 Web UI를 함께 실행하면, 감지한 접속 주소를 오른쪽 상단에 표시합니다(예: Web monitor: http://192.168.0.177:8079).
• --localhost 사용 시 주소는 http://127.0.0.1:PORT로 표시됩니다. Web UI를 실행하지 않으면 주소를 표시하지 않습니다.
• 한글·영문 README에 주소 표시 동작을 추가했습니다.

Changes

• When the Web UI runs alongside the TUI, the detected address is shown in the TUI's upper-right corner (for example, Web monitor: http://192.168.0.177:8079).
• With --localhost, it shows http://127.0.0.1:PORT. No address is shown when the Web UI is disabled.
• Documented this behavior in the Korean and English READMEs.
