EXOTIC environment (ready to unzip)

The EXOTIC environment, ready to unzip, for the transit reduction.
Nothing to install: unzip it anywhere and point Settings, Measurement,
Advanced, EXOTIC at the interpreter it carries.

EXOTIC cannot run inside NightScribe: it needs a Python of its own and
pins its own versions of numpy, astropy and numba, which cannot be
shared with the app's. This release carries one environment per
platform, with a portable CPython 3.11.17 and EXOTIC 4.3.1
already installed.

Checksums, of the zips and of the lock files they were built from
(the lock is committed in the repository, so this release is tied to a
revision anyone can read):

The environment is about 1.2 GB once unzipped. It is optional: without
it, the transit handoff (inits.json) is still yours to run by hand,
and the rest of the app is unchanged.

The portable Python inside is unsigned, like the rest of this
project's binaries, so the note about Windows warnings in the user
guide (chapter 01) applies to it as well.
