Cone Mosaic plotting

Use doc coneMosaic.plot for the most recent list.

You can invoke outerSegment plotting from the cone mosaic by pre-pendings 'os ' to the plot. For example, cMosaic.plot('os linear filters') calls cmosaic.os.plot to generate a graph of the osLinear linear filters.
