Two more catalogue entries have verified GRCh38 alleles: FAM157A's 42-base insertion and COL3A1's 737-base deletion. FAM157A retains its withdrawn protein-model caveat. MUC3A, OTUD4 and the suspected USH2A duplicate now have explicit evidence-backed unresolved outcomes. All 182 entries remain visible; 179 are ready for genomic use.

The README and docs include short examples for samples, variant selection and cached read extraction. They explain collection timepoints, sample types, bulk versus single-cell assays, sequencing platforms and variant statuses.

Includes source checksums, versioned reference evidence and offline regressions. Existing caches and snapshots remain compatible. No read counts are invented or reassigned for the newly resolved entries.

Install or update with python -m pip install --upgrade osteosarc.
