Osteosarc 0.2.2

Adds self-contained fixture bundle generation, packing, verification, listing and export. Bundles retain the original source headers, acquisition receipts, source identities, selected record multisets, inclusion reasons, file hashes and parent lineage. Named exports are coordinate-sorted indexed BAMs or explicitly labeled SAM text.

Review fixes preserve source-size pins during standalone indexed acquisition, support Dataset key-only and ID-only lookup, sort SAM exports consistently with their headers, and allow repeated export without stale files. Verification checks member counts/status, exact pins even when context is retained, export formats and SAM field multisets. Unavailable members remain explicit without fabricated data. Publication refuses existing destinations and enforces the size budget atomically.

Rebased onto released #23. Addresses #14; consumer adoption follows in #25.

Validation: 235 tests; ruff; strict documentation build; source/wheel builds; full offline tests against the built wheel outside the checkout. Regression tests exercise source pin rejection, real indexed Dataset acquisition, repeated export and format changes, SAM-to-BAM indexing, relisted corruption, unavailable members, shared duplicates and context-preserving exact pins.
