Osteosarc 0.2.4
Fixes #26: at dense loci, unrelated reads could exhaust the partner-recovery record cap before template matching.
python -m pip install osteosarc==0.2.4- Partner acquisition first selects the complete seed query-name set with indexed
samtools view -N, then applies the record cap. Every seed and context record is kept. Source, read-group, segment, strand and exact mate/SA placement checks still decide which partner records enter the output. Later recursive leads can reuse previously visited windows. - Adds
ReadFilter(query_names=...), with capability checks and receipt/cache provenance. The recovery cache schema changes, so results acquired under the previous policy aren't reused.
Validation: Ruff; 257 tests including consumer integration; strict MkDocs; wheel/sdist build and Twine checks.
