🚀 Release PR GitHub Action – v1.0.0

Initial public release of Release PR GitHub Action.

This composite GitHub Action creates or updates a release pull request from a head branch (e.g. develop) into a base branch (e.g. main) and automatically generates a changelog from merge commits.

✨ Features

  • Generates a changelog from merge commit subjects between base and head branches
  • Finds an existing open release PR (head → base) and updates it
  • Creates a new release PR if none exists
  • Designed to be idempotent and safe to re-run
