odataGet follows every nextLink, so a collection larger than a screen
expects is read in full. maxRows stops the read once it holds more rows
than the bound and throws a RangeError rather than returning a shortened
list; a collection of exactly maxRows rows passes. The option lives on
ODataGetOptions, which extends ODataRequestOptions.
