Fixed

  • BUG-NEW: `--scrape 0 --out ` silently wrote no file and exited 0

    Splits the `if not pages:` guard on `scrape_count`:

    • `scrape_count > 0` → unreachable → `sys.exit(0)` as before.
    • `scrape_count == 0` → WARN to stderr, continues to step 7 + file write.
