Added

• mind upgrade --source <filter> fetches and upgrades only the matching
  sources, leaving every other source unfetched. It takes the same filter as
  sync [source] and combines with an [item] argument.

Security

• rustls-webpki updated to 0.103.16 and webpki-roots /
  webpki-root-certs to 1.0.10, clearing RUSTSEC-2026-0381,
  RUSTSEC-2026-0382, and RUSTSEC-2026-0383. All are transitive, backing the
  HTTP client evolve uses.
