Added

  • meld --overwrite and learn --overwrite replace every link target mind did
not create without a prompt per conflict. Unlike meld --force, a re-meld
does not re-run install hooks that already ran. The overwrite prompt now
reads [y/N/a], where a overwrites the rest of the run's conflicts.
  • probe: the source dialog offers "Install enabled profiles", installing the
missing members of the source's enabled profiles.
  • probe: an install that stops on a link target mind did not create offers to
retry with --force, and an install's confirm takes f to run it with
    --force up front.
  • A source's default-branch pin-version is recorded at each sync as its
recommended range. When it includes a breaking release, upgrade and
recall say so next to that release (acme/skills recommends ^2), and
--json reports it as recommended. Taking the release still needs consent.
  • Auto-update. mind auto-update run syncs and upgrades version-pinned
sources without prompting, and mind config auto-update on runs it from a
Claude Code SessionStart hook at most once a day. A source updates at the
level the consumer allowed (meld --auto-update), capped by the managed
    policy's [sources].auto-update; a maintainer's [source].auto-update sets
what a bare --auto-update allows and what a first meld asks for. breaking
moves to a new major once the maintainer
recommends it with pin-version. A move that would run a hook is held for
mind upgrade, and the next recall or upgrade summarizes each run.

Changed

  • An exact [source].pin-version ("=1.2.3") reads as its caret (^1.2.3),
both as the range a plain meld pins and as the recommendation, and review
notes it. Consumers still hold a release with --pin version==1.2.3, and a
curator's [[discover.sources]] entry may still pin one.

Fixed

  • probe: the confirm modal owns the keyboard. Enter no longer opens a dialog
over it, and tree actions no longer act behind it.
