• recall --profiles [source] lists each source's install profiles with their
  members, which are enabled, how many of their items are installed, and the
  mind learn <source> --profile <name> command that enables each one.
  learn <source> --profile with no name prints the same listing.
• A profile install prints resolving profile(s) <names> of <source> ...
  before it resolves.

Changed

• The profile header at meld and learn names mind recall --profiles and
  mind learn <source> --profile <name> for the profiles that are not enabled.

Fixed

• learn <source> --profile and a profile meld no longer rescan the catalog
  once per profile member. Enabling a profile of a large source took time
  quadratic in its size (about 40s for 480 items) and now takes about a second.
