Changed

• sync and upgrade fetch sources in parallel, up to 8 at once, and report
  them in registry order as before. While fetching in parallel, git does not
  prompt; a source that failed where git would have prompted (credentials, an
  ssh passphrase or host key) is retried on its own with prompts allowed.

Added

• MIND_MAX_PARALLEL_FETCHES sets how many sources sync and upgrade fetch
  at once (default 8). 1 fetches one at a time, prompts allowed throughout.
